Our admission process is designed to uncover your inner talent, whether you’re a computer science prodigy or a curious beginner. Here are the steps to kick things off.
Attend the Intro
Join our 1-hour online meeting to dive into our methodology and ask questions. Attending this is a vital step in our application process.

Once you have attended the Online Intro, you will receive an email invitation to create an account on our official Application platform.
The Piscine
Sign up for our month-long coding immersion. It acts as our selection month to see if you are a good fit for our community. (More info if you scroll below).
The Kick-Off
After conquering the Piscine, you will officially start 42 Wolfsburg's Core Curriculum, which takes an average of 18 months to complete.

Campus Impressions
What is the Piscine?
The Piscine is the final step before full admission to 42 Wolfsburg. Over four intensive weeks, you'll dive into the fundamentals of programming alongside your peers.
By the end, you’ll know if this way of learning is right for you. Yes, it’s tough. But it’s also where the fun begins.
Hands-on Learning
Dive into Linux, Shell, and C programming from day one. Instead of passive lectures or copying code from a screen, you'll solve practical problems to test your newly gained knowledge.
Collaboration is key—you are encouraged to team up with other candidates and find solutions together to accelerate your learning.
Peer Feedback
All modules are evaluated by your fellow applicants. It's a great way to discover new coding approaches and learn from each other, regardless of skill level.
An automated machine evaluation will also rigorously test your code's functionality.
Weekend Rushes
Every weekend, you'll team up for mandatory group projects called "Rushes".
These are evaluated by pedagogical staff, providing invaluable feedback and teaching you how to build real tech as a team.
Weekly Exams
Every Friday, you'll face a time-limited machine exam where you must solve increasingly difficult problems.
It’s your chance to test your progress, apply exactly what you’ve learned, and push your limits.
Social Events
The Piscine isn't just about coding. We host regular social events to help you unwind, network, and connect.
Study groups formed in the lab often turn into lifelong friendships.
