An Inclusive Campus Environment
We’re dedicated to making 42 Wolfsburg an environment that everyone can access and feel comfortable in:
✓ Open 24/7: Our doors are always open, making it easy for students to work on their own schedules.
✓ Accessibility: Wheelchair-accessible facilities, including lifts and accessible bathrooms. We also offer free hygiene products on campus for our female students.
✓ Comfort Spaces: Resting pods and kitchens where students can recharge and prepare meals.
Empowering Women+ in Tech
We’re passionate about increasing gender diversity in tech. Here are some of the ways we support and celebrate women+ on campus:
✓ International Women’s Day: A key event for us, featuring C-level women in tech who come to campus to share their stories and insights.
✓ Female Representation in Events: From Open Days to Introduction Talks, we make sure women+ voices are heard and represented.
✓ Safer Spaces: We hold meetups for Women+, LGBTQIA+, and People of Color—providing spaces to connect, share, and support each other.
✓ MINT (STEM) Networks and Conferences: We actively connect with MINT networks focused on women+ and attend MINT conferences to build and strengthen community.
Expanding Our DEI Initiatives

✓ Discovery Piscine for Women+: We host women-focused discovery Piscines in Wolfsburg to welcome new female students to our community.
✓ Sponsorships and Support: We sponsor tickets and other costs for students to attend tech events, conferences, and hackathons.
✓ Student Role Models: Our students and alumni often serve as role models and mentors, demonstrating what’s possible when diversity thrives.

Our curriculum is designed to be adaptable to diverse needs:
✓ Flexible Study Options: All students have the option to take a regular 6-month freeze, helping them balance life and studies.
